Gold / Silver Boards

These boards are ideal for packing smoked salmon or ham slices as they provide a firm base for vacuum packing. They are gold on one side and silver on the other and are polyester lined to ensure food grade standard. Please read the description of each board carefully to make sure that you match the correct board and bag size. You should also make sure that the board/bag combination will work with your vacuum sealer.

• 13.5x20cm boards will fit 16x25cm vacuum bag
• 17x24cm boards will fit 20x30cm vacuum bag
• 20x30cm boards will fit 25x35cm or 25x40cm vacuum bag
