Accessory Packs

We supply five different accessory packs from beginner to professional level. From a starter pack which allows you to experiment with different bag sizes and continuous rolls to the Professional Plus pack shown on the left which includes everything that a professional kitchen needs to get the most from vacuum packing.

Vacuum Bags and Rolls

We supply a wide range of ribbed vacuum bags and rolls which will enable you to get the best from your Lava machine. The V100, V200, V300, V333 will take bags up to 30cms or 12 inches wide. The V400 PREMIUM will take bags up to 45cms or 17.6 inches wide and the V700 PREMIUM will take bags up to 70cm or 27.5 inches wide.

Our bags and rolls are made in Europe from heavy duty polythene. When working out which size of bag you need, remember that vacuum bags have a one centimetre seam down each side. This means that you will need to allow an extra two centimetres or three-quarters of an inch of width when choosing bag sizes.

Foil Pouches

Our foil pouches are ideal for vacuum packing any products which are sensitive to light degradation. For example coffee, hops etc.

 

They are extremely strong and come in three popular sizes with an attractive matt silver finish.

 

Please note these foil pouches will only work in LAVA machines. Please remember to turn the seal dial knob to max.

Vacuum Containers

These high quality containers are made in Germany and are perfect for keeping salads, soft fruit and chopped vegtables in top condition for up to five times longer than they would normally keep. They can also be used to marinade meat and fish in a fraction of the normal time - ten minutes instead of 6-10 hours.

You can use these vacuum containers in both the fridge and freezer and they can be used in a microwave oven and washed in a dishwasher.

 

Gold/Silver Boards

These boards are ideal for packing smoked salmon or ham slices as they provide a firm base for vacuum packing. They are gold on one side and silver on the other side and are polyester lined to ensure food grade standard.

You can use these boards with bags and continuous rolls. Please read the description of each board carefully to ensure that you buy the correct bag to go with it and that it will work correctly with your machine.

 

Gastronorm Vacuum Containers and Lids

These gastronorm vacuum containers are perfect for keeping food in top condition until it is needed for service.
The vacuum lids are made from polypropylene and are dishwasher safe. The containers themselves are made from stainless steel and are extremely robust.

They are made in Germany and designed to stand up to use in a commercial kitchen. They will work with any Lava vacuum packing machine.

 

LaVide Water Baths

The LaVide water bath range is set to lead the standards in sous vide cooking. Designed in Germany and after many years of development, we believe we have created the ultimate sous vide water bath range currently available.

The LaVide range incorporates all the latest cutting edge technology along with some unique features only found on LaVide water baths.

 

Lava Spare Parts

We carry a full range of spares for all Lava vacuum packing machines. You can buy user replacable parts online, for example, replacement vacuum seals and teflon heating strips.

You can also buy replacement liquid traps and covers as people sometimes lose these. If you need any other spares then please call us.

 

ESD Bags

ESD bags also known as anti static bags, ESD safe bags or static shielding bags are the primary method of packaging ICs, circuit boards and delicate electronic products to protect them against static electricity.

Our ESD bags comply with IPC / JEDEC J-STD-033, MIL-B-81705 Type 1, Class 1, EIA 583, EIA 541, EIA 625 and EOS / ESD standard. Detailed specification can be provided on request.
